Refund policy

If you don't absolutely love your purchase, we are happy to exchange your jewelry or issue store credit. Applicable for purchase within 14 days of receipt.

The jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that shipping will be deducted from store credit. Store credit does not expire. Custom or one of a kind pieces that have been tailored for you are not available for return or exchange.

To start A return please contact us at studio@tamaraalain.com for a return authorization, and you'll receive further instructions.

Please note that when returning items, keep them in the original packaging (secured with a box) and use a courier with insurance tracking (such as UPS or FED EX)  TAMARA ALAIN jewelry is not liable for items lost in the mail. 

Repairs

The studio is able to offer repairs on TAJ pieces on a case by case basis. Repairs are available for free or at cost (labor & materials) depending on the nature of the repair.
